Where do I get my results once I ordered?

Your results will be emailed to the email address that you
used when ordering.

very secure. It is almost impossible for someone to steal
your credit card number over the internet--even by using an
unsecure connection. If you are still unsure, you may call our office

How long does a search take?
A:
Most searches only take a day to complete, whereas others
may take a few weeks to complete, depending on what you
order. For the results return time please see the ordering
information (Search type) to the left. Note that some
searches may take even longer to complete even though the
time period has lapsed. Remember you are receiving
information from a detective agency. This is not the
normal free type of search that you see online.

Can I call and do a search over the phone?
A: Yes
we do accept live time people searches over the phone.

time. The price for the live time search is $39.99 and you
will receive results within a few minutes.

Can I call with my credit card information?
A: Yes
we can take your credit card and billing information over
the phone. Our customer service will give you information

Is your company a licensed detective agency?
A: Yes,
we are a licensed detective firm located in Northern WV.

8) Can you guarantee that you will locate
someone?
A: No,
no one can guarantee that he or she can locate anyone.
If you have seen this on the internet, ask yourself twice
about the company. We have a very high success rate of
97.6% in 6 years. About 2-10 in every hundred people cannot be
located. We also offer a no find, no fee people search if
your not sure if they can be located or not. (See left column)

Can I pay by check or money order?
A: Yes,
we do accept personal checks and money orders. If you
wish to purchase a product this method, please see the

Does the subject know that I searched for him/ her?
A: No,
the subject never knows that anyone searched for him/ her.
The subject will not see anything from us, nor anyone
