1)   Where do I get my results once I ordered?

A: Your results will be emailed to the email address that you used when ordering.

2) How long have you been in business? 

A: MPIS has been in the business of locating missing people and providing information for over 6 years.

3)   Is my credit card information secure?

A: Yes, very secure. It is almost impossible for someone to steal your credit card number over the internet--even by using an unsecure connection. If you are still unsure, you may call our office at: 304-813-1399 and give your billing information to us.

4)   How long does a search take?

A: Most searches only take a day to complete, whereas others may take a few weeks to complete, depending on what you order. For the results return time please see the ordering information (Search type) to the left. Note that some searches may take even longer to complete even though the time period has lapsed. Remember you are receiving information from a detective agency. This is not the normal free type of search that you see online.

5)   Can I call and do a search over the phone?

A: Yes we do accept live time people searches over the phone. Please call us at: 304-813-1399 M-F 9:30Am - 4:00pm EST time. The price for the live time search is $39.99 and you will receive results within a few minutes.

6)   Can I call with my credit card information?

A: Yes we can take your credit card and billing information over the phone. Our customer service will give you information on how to do this. Call: 304-813-1399 for more information.

7)   Is your company a licensed detective agency?

A: Yes, we are a licensed detective firm located in Northern WV.

8)   Can you guarantee that you will locate someone?

A: No, no one can guarantee that he or she can locate anyone. If you have seen this on the internet, ask yourself twice about the company. We have a very high success rate of 97.6% in 6 years. About 2-10 in every hundred people cannot be located. We also offer a no find, no fee people search if your not sure if they can be located or not. (See left column)

9)   Can I pay by check or money order?

A: Yes, we do accept personal checks and money orders. If you wish to purchase a product this method, please see the order type for more information. Payments send to: MPIS, Inc PO BOX 279 Keyser, WV 26726. 

10) Does the subject know that I searched for him/ her?

A: No, the subject never knows that anyone searched for him/ her. The subject will not see anything from us, nor anyone else.

A: Yes your information is secure within our firm. We also have security 24/7.

12) How do I know that you have found the right person?

A: Depending on what type of search you order and what kind of information you provided.

13) What do I do If I entered the wrong email address?

A: If you have entered an invalid email address, please notify us at once. You will not be able to receive the results of your search. Please call us at: 304-813-1399 M-F 9:30 - 4:00 PM EST. You can also email us.

14) What are your business hours?

A: Our business hours are M thru F 9:30am to 4:00pm EST.

A: Completely up-to-date--since the information is gathered
directly from the source at the time of the request.

16) My company runs many searches can I get a discount?

A: Yes, we do have a members only area that requires a username and password to access--if your company has a need to run more than 20 searches please contact us. We can give a discount rate for your business needs. Click here for more info.
